This subdivision is very active. There
is a pool, a park, a baseball field, a club house, and a cookout
shelter. The Subdivision office keeps all residents updated on the
various events that take place each year. We went to the Christmas and
Thanksgiving Luaus/parties last year and they were a lot of fun.
Amazing! The homes in the area sell for about $200 to $250 a square
